Welcome to the new IncreaseYourVertical HQ. I decided to overhaul the site and redesign it on wordpress. For people who have just found this site. Ill briefly go over what my aim’s are.

  • Build a site full of value and information of vertical jump training
  • Post guides on exercise training and weight training
  • Explain the tips and tricks I’ve found over the years
  • Thoroughly go over correct training nutrition
  • Explain the most effective training methods to achieve your goals

Have a look at my about page to read more about who I am, and what I do. I’ve been training basketball for almost 5 years and I’ve been weight training for the past 10 years. I started when I was 16 and thoroughly confused, doing only bench and bicep curls… I think we’ve all come a long way.
