Which products do I recommend? Well, there are many products out there that you can spend some money on that will apparently give you “20 inches” to your vertical in 4 weeks, but lets skip the bullshit.

Jacob’s system is thorough and well put together, I have infact contacted him to use parts of his systems with my own clients -- it’s really that good.
One of the best parts is the nutrition plan, its put together very well and explains the importance of proper nutrition -- maximizing your results and minimizing the chance you have of injuries.
Think of it like Vertical Jump Training for Dummies -- hes really put it out so that its completely accessible to everybody -- there isn’t much technical jargon and anything that you might not know how to do has been thought of -- and video demonstrations have been created to simplify things.
If you’re looking for a program that’s already tailored to your current level of ability, that you don’t have to tweak or edit and can just follow without worrying about if you’re doing it properly -- then this is a great program.
